Moroccan Lamb Tagine - Marinated Lamb, slow cooked with Mediterranean vegetables, apricots & Moorish spices served in a Moroccan cooking pot with herb cous cous
Chicken Fillets in a North-African Chermoula marinade of preserved lemon, fresh coriander & ground cumin served with tzatziki & harissa
Ratatouille stuffed bell pepper baked with layers of tomato, bechamel & mozzarella cheese
Salmon Aurora - Fresh Salmon poached in a "golden" cream & cognac sauce
Chicken fillets with mushrooms flamed in Marsala wine, tarragon, green peppercorn & cream sauce
Prawn Sagnaki - Tiger Prawns, Greek-style, with Feta Cheese, tomato & chilli pepper sauce with fried peppers
Traditional, British-style Christmas Turkey served with all the trimmings

Booking Conditions; A £10 per person, non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required when confirming your booking. Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 7 days. Please pre-order your choices for all three courses at least 7 days in advance of your booking date. Please notifyus before 11am, of the booking date, of any individuals' last minute cancellations, otherwise the full remaining £13.50 per person will be charged for. Service is not included. Cheques are no longer accepted. 17.5% VAT included. Please book your taxis home in advance.
